The probably dont even have an animation team. These are freelancers. And the reason the animation is so good is because its 2 minutes of animation, while animes have hours. His Japanese in this animation is perfect. Did they use Japanese voice actors? His Japanese voice line in the game has some mistakes. I very much doubt why they didn't use a Japanese voice actor for Kenji in the game... 【Postscript】 As others have commented, Yuki Kaji made a post on his own X account saying that he played Kenji.

Guys, I don't know how you actually do that, but you find a way to empress me every time. First "Good randoms" who's song I've been singing my heart out, now this. You can actually make an anime or other form of a show in Brawl stars universe, with character interactions, their lore and own story lines. You can announce new brawlers in the show and then add them in the actual game. I know it's not an easy task AT ALL, it's 10 tons of work for animators, scriptwriters, voice actors etc, not to mention the financial price. But I honestly think that this is a direction you could focus on to develop the game universe and I truly believe that you can handle this🔥
