they need to do an extra rarity between Epic and Mythic because there are too many epics and mythics so other brawler needs to change their rarity like Lilly. She is good for epic and weak for Mythic ( in abilities and design ) ... so ... why not an orange rarity like "exotic" or "phenomenal"

I'm very nervous about the new rarity, but Kaze's hypercharge only dealing damage instantly if they're low health is so smart (you get the benefit of keeping them from healing of a squeak shot while also getting an assassin)
