I don't understand why the boxes were removed, this is what the game was famous for, every time it was interesting to open the boxes and hope that you would get some fighter instead of buying them like now!

Its because the game was targeted at mostly kids, which are the easiest to apply gambling addiction and systems like the lootboxes are designed to apply gambling addiction.

It's never gonna be the same. The saving up boxes for weeks straight (and fighting the urge to open them), the disappointment when you get a 5, the excitement when you see a glowing number or a 6, the blue spinning brawler, the music that plays when you unlock a brawler after a long time of not getting any, then staying on that screen to send a screenshot to your friends. I dunno man, I like the idea of the new system but it's just not gonna be the same without our beloved boxes 😢

Ящики это настоящая часть игры, это то, ради чего мы играли, ради чего старались. Это то, что дарило нам эмоции. Радость от выпадения нового бойца, или же грусть оттого, что ящик оказался пустым. Хоть иногда и было грустно, но это были эмоции, не всегда радостные, но эмоции. Сейчас новые игроки не поймут и не ощутят того же.

Согласен с тобой, теперь не будет смысла играть, проходить бравл пасс, которого уже скорее всего уже не будет а будут за победы давать персонажей. Это не интересно. Намного интересней было собирать ящики и выбивать бойцов

Лично меня всегда устраивали ящики,и сейчас потеря ящиков - это потеря эмоций для меня. Именно из за этого мне и было интересно играть в неё,а сейчас бравл - кажется для меня куском донатного мусора , в котором эмоций ты не получишь. Новая система ( бравлеры за кредиты ) это тоже самое,что задонатить и получить бойца,собственно эмоций будет 0 . Раньше я мог прыгать от счастья,что мне выпал легендарный боец,а сейчас это "Вопрос времени".

Пусть и кредиты и ящики, пусть из мега ящика 430 и 160 кристаллов, омега ящики мы собой возьмём и у него будет 1900 кредитов и из большого ящика будет 160 кредитов а из маленьких будет 40 (это моя мечта) 😢😢

Забей. Они хотят ввести другую систему доната, для большего выкачивания денег из игроков. Поэтому дальше играть без вложений будет невозможно, и поэтому надо пытаться бороться с зажравшимися разрабами.

Honestly, this kind of makes me sad. I get that it can be frustrating not getting the brawlers you want,( believe me, I know), but the excitement of finally getting that legendary you’ve been waiting for will never be forgotten. Bye bye boxes, I’ll miss you. We saw many ups and downs together, new metas, and you watched me grow. I think everyone is seriously going to miss you.😔

I don’t know how I feel about this update. I absolutely love the box system and trophy road. Should I keep my saved boxes or just open all of them? At the same time, I’m excited to see what the Brawl Stars team has planned. I already have every brawler unlocked and nearly maxed so this won’t effect me that much, but I feel bad for any new players who miss the box system.

they COULD JUST LOWER THE RATES AND LOWER PITY FOR LEGENDARY/UNOBTAINED BRAWLERS and the results are still the same, *_all its just a matter of time of you getting every brawler_* but removing boxes? im telling you that i have a VERY BAD FEELING about this i was always loved a guaranteed stuff but with how blizzard ruins OW with their move on removing boxes, now im really cautious with other company doing the same thing *dont believe their artificial hype and lies so easily*

@@Issaviewer91 honestly same, I only have Bea left to get, and she's one of the brawlers I wanted to get first. I've opened more than a 100 boxes and I still don't unlock her. EDIT: I commented this 20 minutes ago. Then I went to play Brawl Stars, I opened a megabox. I just got Bea lol

@@iara_stk exactly i pulled her when i wasnt even going for her at all. I have her at level 8 right now lol. The brawler i want is lola and not only does she keep dodging me when i open boxes but they always rinse and repeat the same chromatic brawlers in the shop. Getting a brawler other than the ones they constantly offer feels impossibe and have to rely on chance . Sorry to people who like rng and gacha but i never been a fan of that mechanic.

I think they should bring boxes back, in tandem with this new system. This could be the big thing to work towards, but boxes could be a random chance thing, this new system alone completely ruins the concept of rarity.

Fun fact this feature used to be in the oldest versions of brawl stars, but at the same boxes were there so you could save enough chips for spike, but also randomly get crow one morning. I am interested how will this roll out and be perceived by the community

I’m so sad to see the boxes gone they were the best part about Brawl Stars. The amount of excitement especially before passes when you could stack up so many boxes and I still get hyped over a red glowing square with the number 1 on it or a red square with the number 6 on it. I've been playing the game since global launch and its just painful to see that boxes a no longer going to be a thing from grinding small coins and big coins from the different events to a battle pass to whatever they're going to do with the omega boxes. I'll miss the boxes

Aw man, I've been playing brawl stars for 4 years now and boxes has always been a part of the fun for me, it feels rewarding after you grind and finally get to open a box, especially before the pass was introduced. I hope it gets replaced by something amazing because this is a huge change and it's removing one of my favorite parts of the game

it seems to me that if the boxes are removed, then many will leave the game, since without the boxes there will be no such excitement, many (including myself) play to knock out fighters, since this is much more interesting than just getting a fighter, in addition, it kills the feeling of surprise and joy when your favorite fighter falls out. I think that without boxes the game will be terrible

I really guees this will destroy brawl stars, the special and the value if my unlocked brawlers will die. And this monthd i have been waiting for a legendary brawler cause i collected soo many brawl boxes, damn only one time i want unlock a legendary brawler by open boxes. What will happen with my boxes? I am very sure supercell will delate all my boxes but inform the boxes in useless things. Wow.

This will be quite the change, and honestly, I don’t know how to feel. The joy from getting a legendary brawler from some random box was a feeling we will never have again. However, now new players (or long-time players) will be able to have a real chance to get those legendary brawlers, instead of having to be insanely lucky. I guess we’ll see how this goes, I hope it’ll be great!

legendary are just a rarity tbh what makes them different in general are just an unique gameplay but lately they arent really unique and the chromatic brawlers gameplay have been made to be unique to attract players the reason of why the feeling of getting legendary are so joyous and incredible are bcs THE DEV PUTTING THE RATES ARE SO SHITTY AND EVEN THE PITY ARE SO SHITTY they could just lower the rates and pity; it gives the same result as removing boxes im really have bad feeling about our future progression system. REALLY BAD.

To be fair, nothing in the game could beat the excitement of a flashing red 1 in a box before that spinning blue figure, where you try to guess the brawler before it’s revealed to you. Then again, it is a result of a gambling cycle, and I’m very interested on this new system without boxes. Also, P.S, I think we’re reaching that omega box in less than 12 days…

I will never forget the boxes. Everytime I opened a Mega Box I looked at the amount of items that I am going to get. I think we can all relate that if you had over 5 items you would be very excited. Every time I opened a box it was very suspense. Good things must come to an end! #byebyeboxes

But now over 5 items in the mega box is like nothing because now their are gadgets and also some days before, over 5 items was like literally nothing because there were gears, gear tokens and gear scraps and also now days we get power points out of the mega box and it's a big disappointment.The old days were good when there was no brawl pass, pins, sprays, gadgets and the maximum power was just 9 not 11 so it's better if the boxes are removed.
